Resolution 14.0 - Parking Spaces

 

14.0 Title: Parking Spaces within Palmina Cove and on Crystal Lakes

WHEREAS Cordova Club Owners Association, Inc., (“CCOA”) owns the roads and the parking spaces located adjacent to such roads within gated subdivision of Palmina Cove and within the gated subdivision known as Crystal Lakes, both of which are part of Cordova Club PUD, and


WHEREAS CCOA’s Codes and Covenants grant CCOA’s Board of Directors power to regulate all properties and parcels owned by CCOA, and


WHEREAS CCOA’s Board desires to regulate the use of parking spaces within Palmina Cove and Crystal Lakes,


NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:

  1. that the parking spaces located adjacent to the roads within Palmina Cove and Crystal Lakes (more specifically along Turtle Walk) shall be for guests of owners and service vehicles only.
  2. that no Owner of property within Palmina Cove be allowed to park any of his/her vehicles within parking spaces located adjacent to the road within Palmina Cove. 
  3. that no Owner of property within Crystal Lakes be allowed to park any of his/her vehicles within parking spaces located adjacent to the roads located within Crystal Lakes and more specifically in the parking spaces located adjacent to Turtle Walk.
  4. that any owner who violates the provisions of this Resolution shall be deemed to have violated the CCOA’s Codes and Covenants. and shall be subject to fines and all other enforcement provisions set out in the CCOA’s Codes and Covenants.
