- Payment for Security Gate Upgrades should be received by OCTOBER 5, 2022.

Late receipt of payments are subject to Standard fines, penalties and litigation.
- 30 dAYS lATE - $25
- 60 DAYS LATE - $50
- 90 DAYS LATE - $500
- 120 DAYS LATE - PROPERTY LIEN and collections activity and assessment for all attorney fees and court costs.
